No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Every item is made or curated in small, intentional batches — chosen with love, sent with purpose. However, you can reach out to us for a discount coupon!

Shipping Damage: While we package each order with care, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs once it leaves our hands and travels to yours. 

Exchanges:Should you wish to exchange an item, we welcome it within 7 days — provided the piece is unused, in its original packaging, and still full of promise. Shipping costs for the return are the customer’s responsibility. 

Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is to be arranged and covered by you.
